The first part of the investigation is pretty straight-forward. According to the DMCA report, the report was filed by founder Brad Zomick. We checked with him, and that appears to be negative. Which means these idiots just committed impersonation, which could put a reputed business under the risk of a lawsuit or other legal action.

How plausible does it look  – A founder of a multi-million dollar company, filing 2 DMCA notices against a 3-year old Ripoff Report comment ? What were they thinking ?

Let’s dig into since this is interesting –

  • The domain is owned by ‘Muhammad Ashraf’ from Pakistan. The registrant email is ‘[email protected] Now, this person owns a list of other websites –
  • The above websites are all fake, fraudulent and useful only for filing fake DMCAs.
  • There is already suspicions about these websites being used for filing fake DMCAs –!msg/websearch/WiLEAStnWMI/fq3arDRdBAAJ
  • was owned by Igor Tihon ([email protected]) till December 2015, after which it was sold to our perpetrators.
  • The content on Ripoffreport was posted on 09 Jan 2013.  The hosting history and archives tell us that the website was uploaded on 3 Feb 2016.

A damning complaint on against Wilson Luna, ranked #1 on Google for many years. A highly detailed and convincing report as well. Hell, even I believe it to be true..

So what does Wilson Luna does to fix a report that accuses him of cheating, misleading and lying ? He hires a bunch of scammers to impersonate, forge, submit fake DMCA and commit perjury to try and hide the report.

Good going sir !!

EDITOR’S COMMENT : For those who might ask – ‘why and how do we interject that ‘Wilson Luna Ltd’ has something to do with this fake DMCA. Couldn’t it be a coincidence ?’, we will say this – When someone goes and creates a whole new fake news site, falsifies his/her identity and submits fake DMCA to try and de-list some very targeted content on Google, it signals intent and a plan. It is obvious that ‘Wilson Luna Ltd’ or someone they hired was directly involved in this crime. Wilson Luna Ltd also cannot plead ignorance in this matter, since this notice on Google search is hard to miss, really.

We are awaiting more information from Brad Zomick and [email protected] We’ll update this page once we have more information. If you have any information to add to this investigation, get in touch with us at [email protected]

I agree with Andy 100%. Went through the same BS. Total ripoff, scam and yes a cult! Saw many others suffer $ and mentally as I did. Avoid at all costs. Can’t wait til this scumbag and his employees are exposed and shut down for good.

I agree with Simon and Andy.. This guy is just manipulative and his so called “motivational talk” is just swearing and offensive language.

If you want true motivation watch The Secret, at least it won’t drain your bank account just like this guys does.

I am a lawyer with 25 years experience in Queensland, Australia. I have started, operated and sold several law firms over that time. I hold a current practising certificate in Queensland.

One of my personal passions is business development. I have attended numerous courses within Australia, as well as executive training at Stanford and Harvard (London course) over the years.

I have been using Wilson Luna as my business coach/mentor in the business development space for the past 2 years (2015 to 2017). In that time I have experienced the fastest business growth period of my career to date. The training is fast paced and very effective. I would recommend anyone keen for rapid business growth to undertake this training, either in the UK or Australia.
