For the past many months now, multiple rogue Reputation Agencies who were exposed by us (and by many others, especially Techdirt, Pissedconsumer.com and Agencyspy) on our investigations on fake DMCA reports, upcoming list of fake DMCA reports, fake Court Orders and other illegal activities frequently used by them to try and suppress damaging content on their ‘clients’ from Google and other search engines, we’ve been thoroughly entertained.

Lots and lots of fun to try and shut us down. They started by issuing random threats to everyone they ‘thought’ was related to Webactivism.com. Then in December 2016, we were attacked by a massive DDOS originating from Russia and Pakistan. There were death threats, harassment, hacking attempts and more. We realized that these people are desperate and perhaps close to losing their entire criminal enterprise.

The attacks were and are non-relenting. So we decided to investigate this because we were sure it was rogue reputation firms (and not a single individual) who was behind this. This was understandable due to the monetary loss and client pressure they are facing due to us. In some cases, there are multiple lawsuits files against them , some under investigation and acing serious charges in USA and perhaps jail time. Some lawyers might lose their license, and some have majorly pissed off their ‘rich and powerful’ clients.

Here’s what we did. Sometimes, after every few weeks, we deliberately switch off our servers for 24 hrs. Let them think that we’ve given up, shut down and left.

Now, whenever a website is facing downtime, anyone could simply go to Google Outdated Content Removal Tool and file a URL removal request with Google to ensure that the damaging articles we posted are removed from Google. It takes roughly 24-48 hrs for Google to comply. Not everyone knows about this, except of course the Reputation Firms, which kept an eye on Webactivism.com 24X7.

Here’s a news – Inside our own Google Webmaster Tool Section, we can see all the URLs that have been submitted for removal. All the details 🙂

So, here is the list we gathered just last night. These ‘clients’ should call up their PR or Reputation agency and give them a piece of their mind. They’re ruining them.

Here’s our unconditional offer to the above ‘clients’ of these reputation agencies, who want their articles from Webactivism.com to be expunged. We understand that you might have been taken for a ride by these criminal reputation services.  Please email us immediately at [email protected] from your official email address. We guarantee full privacy and confidentiality.  If you share the identities and data on these reputation firms, we’ll remove your content without any delay.

We are talking to you –

The above removal request was published in a single session of 10-12 minutes on 19th Jan 2017. It is evident that it was done by a Reputation Firm who provided ‘fake DMCA’ removal services for these clients, and perhaps connected with hate sites against Webactivsm.

Dear clients, now’s your chance to fix everything and come clean. Come clean and set the story straight.

Here is yet another rogue Reputation firm who did the exact same thing as above. The only difference was they actually carried out a major DDOS Attack on our servers, taking down over 30 of our network websites. We discovered that the URLs for these ‘clients’ were attempted for removal from Google –

We are talking about you –

But there’s more.

On 18th Oct 2016, a rogue Reputation Agency sent a ‘fake Court Order’ to our host who shut us down for 24 hrs, before our legal team explained to them how a legitimate court order looks like. During this time, within a span of 10-15 mins, someone (presumably a rogue reputation firm) filed removal requests with Google to remove articles against there clients.

These reputation firms are dragging you into a legal mess. We’re talking to you –

Here is the fake Court Order sent to our host –

But for the typo on page 3 of the above order, we may already have been shut down.

We strongly request you to come clean and clarify your position, and relation with these reputation agencies. You would not want our fellow activists start investigating into your past deeds and publishing ‘factual’ articles on dozens of other websites.
